Lina brings with her extensive experience in managing business operations of Fortune 500 companies, has profitably accelerated revenue growth, and led transformational change programs to position businesses for continued success in challenging environments. Lina has been instrumental in enabling companies to succeed through their start-up, scale-up, and managing their transformation programs.

Naveen Raghavan is a qualified non-practising lawyer and a Workplace Relations Advisor. He is passionate about employment law and industrial relations and his calm approach and ability to interpret complex matters allows him to achieve real solutions.

He has an extensive generalist background encompassing the areas of employment, civil, criminal, administrative and construction law. Naveen is also committed to social justice issues, having previously volunteered at the Flemington & Kensington Community Legal Centre, Refugee Legal and the Fitzroy Legal Service.

Mary van Sambeek, an HR Specialist, brings more than two decades of expertise to our team. With a strong background in HR policies and procedures, Mary ensures compliance while integrating best practices and her strategic guidance translates into effective implementation at the operational level.

Skilled in Employee and Industrial Relations, Mary handles negotiations and communication regarding agreements and her involvement in Work Cover investigations highlights her commitment to a safe workplace.

Beyond compliance, Mary aids in workforce and succession planning, identifying skill needs and recommending training. She excels in performance appraisals, addressing grievances objectively, optimising HR and workforce performance.

Agnes has over 25 years of experience in finance and commerce, both as a senior financial analyst in multinational companies and as a finance manager for local businesses. Agnes supported companies in industries such as information technology, consulting, and professional service. In her approach to work, Agnes pays great attention to details, is very meticulous, and takes pride in delivering outstanding service to her clients. She specialises in credit control, profit optimisation, and cashflow management in addition to mastering financial administration functions such as payroll, accounts payable and receivables, pricing, banking, and reconciling of ledger accounts. Agnes has a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with an Accounting Major.

Maryanne brings more than 20 years of expertise in bookkeeping, payroll and back-office operations across diverse industries, including finance, information technology, not-for-profits and trades. With a keen eye for detail and a deep commitment to her craft, Maryanne is driven by a passion for forging genuine client relationships built on trust, credibility and measurable value. Her clients consistently praise her exceptional service, often returning with repeat business and positive testimonials.

With a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accounting and IT, Maryanne is not only a certified bookkeeper, but also a licensed BAS Agent and a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB). Her dedication to excellence makes her a trusted partner who consistently goes above and beyond to support her clients’ success.

Darren Milne has a Bachelor of Construction Management and Masters in Construction Law at Melbourne University.

Darren has over 30 years in the commercial construction industry in all roles from Contract Administrator to General Manager. His experience includes significant experience in negotiation of  contractual disputes, preparation of claims, security of payment claims and contract reviews.

Darren’s reputation in the industry is excellent, known as an experienced, intelligent and thoughtful construction professional.

Peter Evans originally trained as an Electrical and Electronic Engineer and then moved in his career through a variety of technical, strategic, operational and governance roles.

He holds an MBA and Master of Leadership from Deakin University and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management from the Governance Institute of Australia, winning the Ian Falconer Prize for the best graduate in 2022.  This degree qualifies him as a Chartered Secretary.  He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
